What’s the best scope for a paintball sniper?
Please, no more than $300.
No such thing as a paintball sniper. Sick of how many people think this. All guns will shoot the same distance except for the Flatline and Apex barrels. There are three positions. Front, middle and back. Don’t waste your 250 on a scope and get a crazy good barrel like the Freak or Freak Jr. Also check out the Hammerhead line of barrels. If you get that get all the fins/inserts and then get a J&J ceramics barrel for a backup incase your starter barrel gets filled with debris.

Scope won’t help you in paintball. Not that you won’t have time to look in one (because in some woodsball games, you probably do), just a paintball can’t fly as far as a scope can see nor would it hit right on the crosshairs. Paintballs are about as aerodynamic as water balloons, which is why accuracy in paintball is judged by shot groupings, not perfect bullseyes.
You can get one for looks if you’re going for the full milsim setup but i wouldn’t recommend spending nearly that much on something aesthetic.
